TIMING
Sent within one working day
Once the payment reflects your parcel goes out, and you get a tracking reference the same day.
RETURNS
Money back, no questions
If it is not for you, send the spray back and we return your money.
The longer version
How we ship. Every parcel goes Pudo to Pudo. You choose your nearest Pudo locker when you place the order, or tell us the town and we will find the closest one for you.
When it goes out. Orders confirmed and paid before 2pm on a working day are usually packed the same day. Anything after that goes out the next working day.
Tracking. Your tracking reference is sent to you on email, and on WhatsApp if that is easier.
Returns. Send it back in the bottle it came in. You do not need to explain why. Once it reaches us we refund the full amount for the product.
